For our BMW carbon fiber parts:

Most of our products do not need any modification or drilling on the vehicle, they will fit just like OEM parts. If any products need extra work on the car, we will provide all the help we can, such as an installation introduction.

All of our products are hand made with carbon fiber, both dry carbon and full carbon fiber. You may need a cutter or a grinder to do minor adjustment. We do make part of our product, such as clips or sharp edge larger than original, so you have a chance to do a quick work to have the best fitment.

Dry carbon fiber product is formed by using a pre-preg or impregnated piece of carbon materials. The carbon fiber is impregnated with epoxy resin before any other process.

This piece of carbon is first placed into a mold, and then sealed in to a vacuum to properly cure. The mold is strong and made by special material, or place into a two side mold made by aluminum alloy. The mold and the product will be heated under 100 psi with very high temperature (depends on the formula) . The process will press out all the air and let different layers bite together.

Dry carbon is the highest quality version of carbon fiber products that are produced. However, it is 3 to 4 times more expensive to produce in over all cost than its counterpart.

Dry Carbon Fiber are:

Lighter and Significantly stronger

Superior manufacturing process

Uses a dry finish for enhancing its cosmetic appearance

Disadvantages of Dry Carbon Fiber:

Almost four times as expensive to produce

Will fade if not adequately maintained or clear coated

BMW has now released many different chassis code:

E, F, G

Parts may be interchangeable in the same generation, such as Mirror cover for G20 also works on G22 G30 etc.
